commbini terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and commbini. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Who we are

commbini is a strategic communications planning platform. It provides AI-assisted tools for analysing briefs and planning campaigns.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using commbini, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use commbini on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

You must be at least 18 years old to use commbini.

What commbini does

commbini gives you tools that use artificial intelligence to help you analyse communications briefs, plan campaigns, and produce draft documents. It retrieves relevant reference material and generates suggestions based on the information you provide.

commbini is a tool to support your work, not a replacement for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, checking, and deciding how to use anything it produces.

Your account

To use commbini you need an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details secure and not share them with others.
  • Take responsibility for everything that happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

We use a third-party provider (Clerk) to manage sign-in and authentication. Their handling of your login information is covered in our privacy notice.

Acceptable use

When using commbini, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or to produce unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Misrepresent who you are or who you work for — including presenting another organisation's website, materials, or track record as your own in order to win work.
  • Point the website-scanning feature at websites you have no genuine connection to, or use it to place load on someone else's website.
  • Attempt to break, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to extract the underlying software, models, or reference material.
  • Use automated means to access the service in a way that gets around usage limits or fair use.
  • Use the service to build or train a competing product.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the briefs, documents, and other material you put into commbini (“your content”), and of the outputs generated from them. We do not claim ownership of either.

You give us permission to process your content as needed to run the service for you — for example, storing it, sending it to our AI provider to generate a response, and returning the result to you.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use any content you put into commbini, including any personal data it contains.

Your content is not used to train AI models. How we handle your personal information is set out in full in our privacy notice.

AI-generated output

commbini uses AI to generate suggestions, analyses, and draft documents. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and different requests can produce different results.

Output from commbini is a starting point, not finished professional advice. It is not legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You must review and verify anything you rely on, and you are responsible for how you use it.

Plans, fees, and payment

commbini offers a free plan and paid plans (Basic at £99 and Pro at £199 per month). The free plan lets you use the service up to a weekly credit limit; paid plans raise that limit and unlock additional features.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may be exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By subscribing, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal.

We may change our prices. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect, and it will apply from your next billing period.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. Because the service is made available to you immediately, if you ask to start using a paid feature within that period you accept that you may lose that cancellation right, or that we may charge for what you have used.

Availability and changes

We work to keep commbini available and working well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally need to suspend it for maintenance.

commbini is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a significant change that reduces the core service on a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.

Our intellectual property

commbini, including its software, design, branding, and reference material, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of it. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably need to protect the service or other users.

You can close your account at any time. If you do, or if we close it, your right to use the service ends. Some information may be kept as described in our privacy notice.

Disclaimers and liability

commbini is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not make guarantees that it will meet your requirements or that its output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

You are responsible for the decisions you make and the content you produce using commbini.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use commbini after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
