DHSC: PCP: National HIV Programme 2026-2029

The Department of Health and Social Care is seeking to commission an external partner to deliver the National HIV Prevention Programme for the next 3 financial years 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29. The programme focusses on populations disproportionately affected by HIV in whom the evidence demonstrates a higher or emerging burden of infection, or specific challenges in accessing prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care. This includes, but is not limited to, white GBMSM, ethnic minority GBMSM, black African heterosexual women, black African heterosexual men and other ethnic minority heterosexuals.
