Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of the development and delivery of the Smoking Cessation Health Promotion Programme 2026/27. The Supplier will develop, deliver and evaluate two, multi-channel health promotion campaigns in-line with the above aims and objectives. The two campaigns should be developed as distinguished campaign concepts, with different messaging and creative assets. Objectives - To increase awareness of local stop smoking services, including the types of support available - To increase the number of residents who actively seek information about quitting - To apply understanding of psychological, social, and practical barriers to quitting smoking among the target audience and use these insights to shape messaging throughout the campaign 1.
