Tender 16/2026 - Public Address & Lighting Systems for NMDDC Events Department

The contract will encompass, but is not limited to, the supply, installation, operation and removal of professional sound reinforcement systems, stage and architectural lighting, control systems, and all associated technical infrastructure required to deliver high-quality event production. The successful supplier will also be expected to provide experienced technical personnel to manage all aspects of audio and lighting delivery, including design, setup, live operation, and de-rig. Through the delivery of a professional, reliable, and high-quality service, the appointed supplier will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and successful execution of event production requirements.
