UEFA EURO 28 Birmingham Host City - Festival Development

Birmingham City Council wishes to procure specialist consultancy services to support the development of detailed operational plans for Birmingham's UEFA EURO 2028 Host City UEFA Festival. The Council requires an experienced supplier to develop the existing Festival concept into detailed operational plans, covering the following key areas: - Fan Zones - Public Viewing Areas - Tournament Spectacular - Fan Meeting Points - Associated fan walking routes The contract will involve providing specialist expertise in major-event festival planning, including festival production, CAD planning, stakeholder consultation and overall Host City concept integration.
